Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait have all been left out of this major reorganisation of the Middle East that covers coordination over everything, covering all encompassing areas such as oil, medical, education, knowledge, jobs, military, politics, foreign policy and security etc.
The Council was set up in May 2016, it gained far more strength in June 2017 when Qatar was embargoed and a major committee of 350 officials was asked to create a document "The Strategy of Resolve".
Today, 7 June 2018, the world awakens to a reshaped Middle East.
