Thousands of employees are losing jobs across UAE and some very senior executives too are stuck in legal limbo or face hefty financial losses as the crisis continues unabated.
Major restaurants have shut, banks like ABN AMRO and RBS have completely closed. Deutsche Bank, Abraaj and others are firing dozens.
