All have to submit affidavits in court as well immediately.😲
Most people won't be able to submit affidavits since we all know that money from Emerging Market countries never comes out legally/officially.
This makes all assets in UAE at risk of being being frozen on the orders of the Pakistani courts.
Expect at least a few developers to go bust in Dubai as Pakistani (and Qatari and Yemeni and Iranian and Syrian) buyers won’t pay and now Pakistanis will demand refunds.
